A few requirements need to be met before you launch your first ad. If these steps are not done there will be issues with launching and leveraging your ad. Check to make sure you've completed all the steps below before you attempt to launch an ad.

Launching a new ad happens in two distinct stages. Stage 1 is choosing and publishing the ad. Stage 2 is configuring the system to import submissions from the newly created ad. Without Stage 2, leads from the ad won't be added to contacts, opportunities, and SMS/email campaigns.
You'll need a privacy policy link and the landing page link to put in the ad settings. If you already have a privacy policy page you can use that link. Otherwise, you can use the one we created for you during the A2P process.
1. Go to Sites & Forms > Funnels > A2P Template Funnel.
2. Click the Terms page and copy the link above the page preview.
1. In Funnels, choose the main funnel for your insurance type (see table below).
2. Copy the URL for the first page.
We make publishing an ad easy for you. During the ad launch process, you can edit the ad copy and creatives if you choose. Use these steps to launch your first ad.
Choose the Ad
1. Go to Leads / Lead Gen > Ad Launcher.
2. Click Launch Ad.
3. Click the folder for your insurance type.
4. Choose an ad by clicking it. You'll be shown a preview of the copy and creative.

You'll be given the option to save/update info for your ads (privacy link, location targets, etc.) that will be automatically added to the next ad you launch. After confirming or rejecting, your ad will be submitted to Facebook. Ads are typically approved within 2 - 4 hours.

$40 for your starting daily budget is a good sweet spot that gives Facebook enough ammo to work your ads. You can also set a budget that's $10 more or less than the recommended. Using a budget outside of that range will not yield the best results.
Don't edit your ad for 7 - 10 days after launch. The ad will be in the Learning Phase as Facebook learns who to best serve your ad to. Editing the ad resets the Learning Phase.
Don't be alarmed if you don't start getting leads immediately after launch. Allow the ad to complete the learning Phase and then assess further.
You can begin to scale your ad after the Learning Phase period. Don't edit the budget drastically (e.g. from $40 to straight to $100). Gradually increase the budget and ramp up. You can increase the budget by 10% - 15% per day until you reach your desired budget.
We advise against selecting an end date during setup because once the ad ends you can't leverage the data it's gathered to scale that ad. Pause the ad instead.
To edit the copy, creative, and targeting go to your Facebook ads manager. You can edit the budget from within Swayze CRM and turn the ad on or off.
