How to set up your calendar:
Step#1: Ensure your calendar is connected to your Swayze platform by integration.
(From your dashboard/home screen go to Settings>Integrations>sign in to google/Email)
Step#2: After integration check to ensure that the calendars attached to your campaign is active.
(Select the 3 dots beside the calendar > activate.)
Step#3: add user to your campaign calendar.
(Settings >Calendars> select the >dots beside your desired campaign calendar>Scroll to select team> Add team members to the calendar.)
Step#4: Ensure after integration of your calendar, it is set on 2-way sync. Once the sync is activated it prevents double booking.
(Settings>my profile>Email> Sync email)
Create a new Calendar:
Step #1: Go to the calendar setting
Step#2: Select create new calendar
Step#3: Select the type of calendar based on your campaign and users
Step#4: Select the team to be added the calendar.
Step#5: Select a name for the calendar
Step#6: Launch new calendar
