Is any kind of traffic in which a person is receiving messages from an application. A2P messaging includes (but is not limited to) marketing messages, appointment reminders, chat bots or virtual assistants, notifications, and one-time passwords (OTPs) or PIN codes.
Carriers are becoming increasingly sensitive to spam and AUP enforcement when it comes to SMS and Calls. To keep spamming in check and to protect the end customer (leads/contacts) they have created various regulations & compliance frameworks. A2P registration make sure you are compliant to send SMS from a Swayze number in the Swayze CRM.
A2P has be to approved in order to send and receive SMS communications from a Swayze Proxy number, is also needed to start the Swayze AI Bot.
If you will only do calls with the Swayze CRM, then it is not mandatory.
You can also get a Swayze Toll Free Number, but it needs a individual registration in order to be active.
When you first Start with Swayze CRM, will have the option to complete an A2P survey or skip it. This survey contains all the information we need in order to send out your A2P request, we will send you comunications informing once it gets sent and then when it is approved or if there's any extra action needed to complete the registration.

The sub-accounts will be charged a one-time brand registration fee of $4.41 and one-time campaign registration fee of $16.5375 in the case of Sole Prop and Standard Low Volume Brands.
The one-time camping fees of $16.5 and monthly campaign fees will be around $1.5 to $11.5 based on the campaign use case.
You can use a Swayze toll Free Number but it has to be registered under your business, you can follow the next screenshots to guide you:
Go to Settings > Phone Numbers > Manage Numbers and then click on the 3 dots of your Toll Free Number to choose Number Info
A new Panel will open and you will have to click to "Submit Request"
A pop/up will show and the system will ask for your business and contact information, business location and messaging use case, you can always contact support if you need healp with the Toll Free registration.
