Connecting your Facebook account lets you use Swayze CRM's marketing features such as the Social Planner and Ad Launcher. If you'll be using Ad Launcher, you'll need to connect your account in two places.
1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Connect where you see the Facebook and Instagram logos.
3. Sign in to your Facebook account.
4. Choose the Facebook page you'd like to connect.
1. Go to Leads/Lead Gen > Ad Launcher.
2. Click Connect Facebook. The system will find and connect your account automatically if you're already signed into Facebook in the same browser. Otherwise, enter the login information for the Facebook account.
3. Choose your Default Ad Account and Default FB Page from the dropdown options. Click Save and Continue.
Note: If you can't click on the Ad Account or FB Page dropdown, or you don't see any options, you may need to create or organize those assets under a Business Manager account. Facebook requires these assets to be nested under a Business Manager account for you to run ads. You can use our link here to check which assets are missing and automatically create and organize them. It will also link you to our Facebook Business Manager so that's it's easier for us to help with FB ad issues or run ads on your behalf (only available on the Advanced Plan and higher).
